Training


Next level personal training offers a range of training options to suit all levels and goals. Next Level Personal Training operate out of the Oasis Fitness Centre (27 Hall St., Hawthorn East), although alternate training locations and home visits can be organised upon request.

One On One

One on one training sessions are designed to help you achieve your individual fitness goals.

2 Or 3 On One

2 or 3 on one training is available for a more competitive and cost affective alternative.

Group Training

Group training is offered at different times and locations throughout Melbourne and designed to suit all fitness levels. These sessions combine cardiovascular and muscular segments to give a full body workout. Session sizes range from 4-12 participants which you can join as a member or attend casually.

Running Groups

Running groups are also offered, and designed to increase cardiovascular capacity and running ability. Running specific warm-ups, cool downs and stretches along with teaching correct running technique makes these sessions essential for any runner.
